Emily Jackson, Chief of Staff & Director of Business Operations

Emily Jackson is responsible for Jigsaw’s office and staff management, day-to-day business administration and overall schedule management. In this role, she collaborates with other team members to facilitate financial reporting activities and ensure operational compliance. Prior to joining Jigsaw, Emily was a legal and executive assistant to the President and CEO of the Bone McAllester Norton law firm. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Emily helped execute the firm’s marketing, public relations, special events and website/social media content. She also participated in multiple strategic initiatives, including support of the firm’s merger with Spencer Fane in 2021. Prior to her time at Bone McAllester Norton, Emily managed the daily operations of The Ingram Group and served as volunteer coordinator for a Nashville mayoral campaign. In her spare time, Emily and her husband enjoy traveling, getting together with friends and keeping up with their two long-haired dachshunds.
